PDP chieftain, Bode George, has taken a swipe at FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike, for ordering the sealing up of the PDP Headquarters over unpaid ground rent. 

In an interview with Arise TV, George said the same party that brought Wike to life and made him assume several political offices is the same party he is vilifying today. 

George said Wike could have paid the money being owned by the party instead of subjecting the party to public ridicule.

He likened the party secretariat as Wike's family house and wondered if he would have sealed his own family house if found in similar circumstance.

‘’In regards to the locking up of our party, it is absolutely sacrilegious, unacceptable and culturally inadmissible. One, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, my political son..This is the party that brought you to life. It's like going back to your village and you have your family house. They haven't paid some ground rent and you are the chairman of the local government. The next thing you will do …How much were we owing? N7 million which you could paid. Liken it to his father's property. The same party that gave you the ticket to be local government chairman, the ticket to be Chief of Staff to a governor under PDP, you became a Minister of State under PDP, you became a governor for eight years under PDP…Who brought you up? who made you? ‘’
